- Surgical Prophylaxis
- CAP & Nosocomial Pneumonia
- Intra-Abdominal Infections
- Bacterial Meningitis
- Complicated UTI’s & SSTI’s
- Adults : 1g IV every 8-12 hrs, max 3g/day
- Children & Infants : 30-100mg/kg/day in 2-3 divided does or as directed by physician
