- Complicated Skin & Skin Structure Infections
- Bacterial Meningitis (Patients above 3 months only)
- Intra-Abdominal Infections
- Critical Post-Surgical Infections
- Septicaemia, UTI, Febrile Neutropenia
- Nosocomial Pneumonia, ICU Infections
- Adult: 0.5-1 g 8 hrly via IV inj over approx 3-5 min or infused over approx 15-30 min
- Child: ≥3 mth ≤50 kg: 10 or 20 mg/kg 8 hrly via IV inj over approx 3-5 min or infused over approx 15-30 min or as directed by Physician
